If CLL cells collect in the unorthodoxy marrow in large numbers they can stop the unorthodoxy marrow from making unbearable healthy thoroughbred cells. This can cause: Low numbers of red thoroughbred cells (anemia), which can rationalization fatigue or tiredness. Low numbers of platelets (thrombocytopenia), which can rationalization unexplained bruising or bleeding.  Low numbers of white thoroughbred cells tabbed neutrophils (neutropenia), which can lead to increasingly frequent or long-lasting infections. These infections can be life threatening. CLL moreover stops the immune system from working properly, so that it: Doesn't react versus yes-man and viruses as well as it should, making you increasingly likely to have infections.  Can start to wade your body's own thoroughbred cells, such as your red thoroughbred cells or platelets – this is tabbed autoimmunity.
